"Sfida a Rio Bravo" is a 1964 Italian Western directed by Tullio De Micheli, starring Guy Madison, Massimo Serato, Carolyn Davys, Fernando Sancho, Gérard Tichy, Madeleine Lebeau and Olivier Hussenot, released after the hit success of "Per un pugno di dollari". Two women are protagonists of the motion picture: the owner of a mine, blackmailed by a villain and Jeannie Lee, the owner of a saloon. The two women resist to the abuse of power of the badman, helped by the gunman Laramy and by the young sheriff . The soundtrack by Angelo F. Lavagnino is issued for the first time on record and contains all the mono recording and two rare stereo tracks, digitally restored and remastered.
