Telly Savalas and Franco Nero star in this fine thriller from Silvio Narizzano. Memphis (Savalas), Mosquito (Nero) and Mosquito's girlfriend form a trio of thieves that have made plans to raid a jeweler but the robbery goes badly wrong as the trigger-happy Memphis murders the fleeing Jeweler. Although they make their getaway with the plunder, they are now a gang who are very much on the police wanted list. In their haste to escape through the back streets they wreck the getaway car and hijack another, throwing the driver to the ground.
But they unwittingly added kidnap to their growing list of crimes as the son (Mark Lester) of a diplomat was hiding on the back seat. As they flee toward the French border and out of the clutches of the Italian police Memphis buries the group deeper and deeper in trouble, although in his warped mind there is always a good reason for his actions…
