Sentenced to twenty years of hard labour, Minnesota Clay escapes from the penitentiary to go back to Mesa Encantada where Fox lives, the reticent witness of his innocence. Mesa Encantata is the bone of contention of two bands : one is headed by the fierce Ortiz, the other by Fox. Both of them compete to get the services of Clay. Clay accepts Ortiz offer but is taken prisoner when Ortiz and his men gets killed by Fox and his gang. With help Clay is freed and gets ready to face Fox but nobody knows that Minnesota Clay has gone blind.
