An extremely personal Jess Franco film - that's probably why he cast himself in the main role of detective Al Pereira. In Puerto Rico a mysterious woman, Cynthia (Lina Romay), appears at the office of hard-boiled detective Al Pereira (Franco). She wants him to take some compromising pictures of her unfaithful husband, Tefeiro Ramoz, a notorious nightclub owner. Pereira, whose really not keen on this kind of work, but needs the $7,500 accepts the job.
After he finishes the job he is visited by Inspector Mendoza (Paul Muller), who tells him that Tefeiro has been murdered and that the detective is not the prime suspect. When he leads police to Cynthia Ramoz to get her to support his story, he is surprised to find out she's not the woman who hired him…Also stars Martine Stedil, Eric Falk, Monica Swinn & Roman Huber.
