A shocking Italian thriller starring Giancarlo Giannini who stars as police detective Tellini. He is investigating a series of brutal murders involving the female customers of an exclusive beauty salon. He discovers that the killer first paralyzes his victims with an acupuncture needle dipped a deadly venom. They then lie awake and watch themselves die by having their bellies sliced open. As the murders continue, Tellini realizes that the assassin is emulating a wasp as it kills it’s deadly foe, the tarantula.
