This Italian " exploitation classic " depicts the story of Catherine Miles who spent almost two years with the Guanira tribe-headhunters of the Amazon jungle. After the barbarious killing of her parents during an Orinoco boat trip, Catherine is taken to the Guanira indios village where she has to live through a series of " hallucanating " experiences until she manages to escape and seek revenge.
