This the second in the "Ilsa" erotic film series features Ilsa in her last incarnation as the "Colonel," a woman who cruelly watches over a Siberian gulag, feeding dissidents to her pet tiger and engaging in winter sports ranging from swimming in icy waters to arm wrestling over a live chainsaw, to torture, to sex games. One prisoner refuses her sexual overtures and is barely saved from torture and certain death by Stalin's demise and a change in the political climate that forces Ilsa out of the camp. Before she goes, however, she manages to kill off most of the prisoners. Twenty-five years later, the one prisoner who refused her overtures is part of the security for a Soviet hockey team visiting Montreal when he encounters Ilsa, who is now the head of a prostitution ring and showing no signs of the passing quarter-century. A confrontation is certainly in store....
